As an experienced loan officer and underwriter, Brett has spent over 6 years in the mortgage industry, working with top companies like Rocket, UWM, and UMortgage. His role as a loan officer at Rocket demanded a fast-paced work environment, requiring him to work efficiently and prioritize effectively, while maintaining the highest of client satisfaction and closing percentage. 

Working as a Team Lead and Senior Underwriter at UWM, he led a team and streamlined the underwriting process of thousands of loans, contributing to his Broker's success. In the fast-paced environment of UWM, Brett excelled at split second problem solving and ranked as a top team for submission to clear to close average in the company while working with some of the largest broker shops in the company.

As an Operations Team Lead at UMortgage, he applied leadership skills, streamlining the mortgage process, and providing exceptional client service. With his combined experience, he has mastered the art of balancing efficiency with thoroughness. His expertise has been in applying industry-specific knowledge to high-pressure and time-sensitive situations while providing top of the food chain service to both his clients and yours.

Jacob's career trajectory has been marked by two pivotal roles that have honed his expertise in the mortgage industry over the past 4 years.

As a Senior Underwriter at UWM, Jacob spent two years thoroughly immersed in the nuances of risk assessment and loan accuracy. It was here that he developed a reputation for speed without sacrificing quality, quickly evaluating complex financial information to make informed decisions that served both the company's and his clients' best interests. 

Transitioning from UWM to an exciting opportunity with UMortgage, he embraced the role of an Operations Team Lead, where for an additional two years, he spearheaded strategies that revolutionized their processing efficiency. He cultivated a team environment that prioritized clear communication and streamlined processes, consistently achieving and surpassing organizational goals. Under his leadership, the company conquered demanding deadlines and elevated our customer service level through careful, calculated operational modifications that bolstered their output without compromising on service quality.
